DONEGAL TO GLASGOW

We drop off and collect at Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow which has Bus and Rail links to all of Scotland and the UK.
We operate this bus service through the port of Larne twice weekly June to September and also during holiday periods.
Unlike the Airlines there are no baggage charges, no long queues at security and no passport needed to travel this route which has proven very popular with our regular passengers but also with students.
We deliver to and depart from Glasgow Buchanan St Station which is next to Queen Street Train station and from this location passengers can get Bus and Rail links to and from anywhere in the UK, including Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness, Manchester, Liverpool or London.

Frequently asked questions for our Glasgow bus service
No, we do not accept the free travel pass on the Donegal/Glasgow bus service.
- Adult tickets: 12+. This is the general adult ticket for 12 years old and above.
- Infant ticket: 0-4. Infants travel for free but need to be booked. ( Please note: An appropriate adult must accompany anyone under the age of 12 and travelling on an infant ticket. This will be checked upon boarding)
- Child ticket: 4-12. A child is entitled to a 50% fare reduction with Bus Feda. ( Please note: An appropriate adult must accompany anyone under the age of 12 and travelling on a child ticket. This will be checked upon boarding)
- Free Travel Pass Holders: This is for free travel pass holders. If you have FT+C or FT+S on your pass, your companion will also go under this seat selection. (Free Travel pass details do not need to be entered, the passes will be checked upon boarding)
- Student Leap or YAC Card: Issued by the National Transport Authority. Entitles third level education students and young adults (19-25) 50% fare reduction. You will need to enter your student leap or YAC card number. (Please Note: Student leap or YAC tickets cannot be booked alongside other tickets)
NO, Passengers can bring a reasonable amount of luggage without charge.
Unfortunately, we won’t be operating the Scotland service over the Christmas period this year. We will resume the service in June.

If travelling from Donegal to Edinburgh, the Bus Feda Donegal to Glasgow route terminates at Buchannan Street Bus Station. From there, you can find regular buses that will travel on to Edinburgh and other locations in Scotland including Aberdeen, Inverness and Glasgow Airport.
